Spicy Chicken Salad

2 Skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Green chili, seeded & minced
2 tsp Fresh coriander, chopped
2 tsp Dry roasted cumin seeds, ground
1 tbsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Tomato puree
1 tbsp Lime juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
8-10 Lettuce leafs


  1. In a bowl combine cooked chicken, onion, chili, coriander, cumin, garam masala, tomato puree and lime juice.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and chill for a few hours or overnight.
  4. Serve each portion on a lettuce leaf.
