Ingredients

2 cups Low-fat Plain Yogurt
2 ripe Tomatoes, finely diced
1/2 Cucumber, grated
1 Medium Onion
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle some cumin powder and red chilli powder on top just before serving.
